Well, that was it Streamers! That was the ONE week in MN with FULL sun where it is NOT trying to bake your face off. You blink, you miss it.
ok-Ok-OK... maybe it's not quite THAT bad, but close enough I tell ya! (point in fact... it is currently raining AGAIN, need I say more?)
Well, even though our arena seats are an obstructed view for the big-ball-o-fire show... that's no reason to ignore the blessed warmth that has finally come (albeit at a snail's pace) our way, so tonight's blog is dedicated to the sunshine of life and though we know a cat takes every opportunity to catnap in a sunspot... dogs too seem to elbow their way into the very last patch of it whenever possible. Enjoy Streamers!
This is the first time Lindsay has actually paid attention to a blog. She is running around the livingroom looking for the barking dog. Now she's just gone to the window to check outside.

Dalpha, this is the first time I could log on this silly stream.
I finally got rid of all the Smith College fundraiser group, hundreds of cars pulled into our barn and house, wow. Glad it is over, but hope it made some money for their scholarship fund.
My dogs have loved the barks of your Danes...where is that coming from?? Rosie jumps up on the desk, she is way too enthusiastic... Hope you get some of that magical MN sunshine soon.
It was magical here in Rochester, NY, the sun shined and the wind was gentle, wow!

n. - oh that sounds like you provided a wonderful back drop for an evening of good intentions! I hope it went well for them too.
I always include a bark or two. I try to mix the barks up (several from projectplaylist.com) but just so everyone knows where they landed before the music plays. I thought Peggy Lee and The White's were fun ol' sunshine tunes to include tonight.
Hey I am so glad to hear you were having a wonderful weather day today! More of them could be magical and you'd hear no complaints from me!!! Unfortunately... the rain is still coming down here and the battle for the lawns between or 80 year old neighbor and my Mr. has begun.
I think it burns the Mr. that neighbor-guy has WAAAAY too much time on his hands to care for the greening, clipping, and care of his lawn.

Hi Dalpha, just stopping in before I feed the dogs and start some dinner. We're getting that rain and 30-mph winds sometime tonight and the rain is supposed to last until Wedn., ugh. The cold has returned too to the 40's tonight. We're having a wedding here on sat. with my horse helper tying the knot.
Whit - too true. I watched them again today. All of them sharing the afternoon sun as it poured in through the back windows. They look SO happy - I just love it!
